柳钢500 m2烧结生产线大烟道锅炉加热除氧系统改造

摘要 柳钢2条500 m2烧结生产线大烟道锅炉除氧器加热系统管道设计不合理,自锅炉投产以来,加热除氧系统未能正常投运,导致锅炉炉水含氧量偏高,锅炉长期在该工况下运行,各模块管道受氧腐蚀情况加剧,影响锅炉使用寿命。通过对锅炉系统运行分析研究,确定了问题主因,经技术改造,消除了设备隐患。改造后系统正常运行18个月,取得了很好的效果。 The pipe design of deaerator heating system of large flue boiler in two 500 m’sintering production line in LIUSTEELCO is unreasonable.Since the boiler was put into operation,the heating and deaerating system has not been put into normal operation,resulting in high oxygen content in boiler water.The boiler has been operating under this condition for a long time,and the oxygen corrosion of each module pipe of the boiler has intensified,affecting the service life of the boiler.Through the analysis and research on the operation of boiler system,the main cause of the problem was determined.Through technical transformation,the hidden danger of equipment was eliminated.After the transformation,the system has been running normally for 18 months and achieved good results.
