长江经济带绿色发展水平测度及优化对策研究

Study on green development level measurement and optimization countermeasures of Yangtze River Economic Belt

选用绿色发展评价体系,对长江经济带绿色发展水平进行量化分析。研究发现:长江经济带整体的绿色发展水平呈现稳步上升的趋势;东、中、西三大板块的绿色发展水平有差异,东部地区绿色发展水平始终高于中西部板块,但差距在缩小;长江经济带各省市的绿色发展水平有差异但处于动态变化中。基于此,提出制定统一的产业准入负面清单、全流域产业生态化发展、全流域生态产业化发展等优化对策。

The article uses the green development evaluation system to quantify the green development level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone and concludes that:Firstly,the green development level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone shows a steadily increasing trend.Secondly,there are differences in the green development levels of the three major segments in the east,west and middle regions.The green development level in the eastern region is always higher than that in the midlle and western region,but the gap is narrowing.Thirdly,the green development level of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is different but in dynamic change.Based on this,optimized countermeasures,such as formulating a unified negative list for industrial access,basin-wide industrial ecological development,and basin-wide ecological industrial development are proposed.
