PI3K-AKT信号通路在复发性流产的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 复发性流产是生殖医学领域常见的一种妊娠并发症,严重威胁女性身心健康;其病因及发病机制复杂,滋养细胞的凋亡、迁移、侵袭和胎盘血管生成、上皮间充质转化、免疫耐受和子宫内膜蜕膜化等因素参与了复发性流产的过程。磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K-AKT)信号通路参与各种细胞功能调节,在细胞生长、凋亡、血管生成和细胞的迁移、侵袭等方面发挥着重要作用。本文就近年来PI3K-AKT通路参与复发性流产的机制研究进展进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行探讨及展望。 Recurrent spontaneous abortion is a common pregnancy complication in the field of reproductive medicine,which seriously threatens women's physical and mental health.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex.The apoptosis,migration and invasion of trophoblasts,placental angiogenesis,epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,immune tolerance and endometrial decidualization and other factors participate in the process of recurrent abortion.Phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K-AKT)signal pathway is involved in various cell function regulation and plays an important role in cell growth,apoptosis,angiogenesis,cell migration and invasion.In this paper,the mechanism of PI3K-AKT pathway involved in recurrent abortion in recent years is reviewed,and the future research directions are discussed and prospected.
