当前农业农村的若干重要问题

Several Important Issues in Current Agriculture and Rural Areas

新时代的中国农村改革发展面临不少需要深入研究的问题,本文重点从全面推进乡村振兴与加快建设农业强国的关系、建设农业强国的首要任务是增强自身粮食和重要农产品的供给保障能力、实施乡村振兴战略与加快形成新型工农城乡关系、坚持农村基本经营制度和推进农业经营制度创新、农村集体经济组织的立法问题五个方面进行了阐述分析,并提出了笔者的观点,以求共同探讨。

The rural reform and development of China in the new era face many issues that require in-depth research.This paper focuses on elaborating and analyzing from five aspects:the relationship between comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and moving faster to build up China's strength in agriculture;the primary task of building up China's strength in agriculture is to enhance its own supply guarantee capability for food and important agricultural products;implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and accelerating the formation of a new type of urban-rural relation between workers and farmers;adhering to and promoting innovation in the basic rural operation system;the legislative issues of rural collective economic organizations.In this paper,opinions and viewpoints are proposed open for discussion.
