自中国共产党成立之初,就十分注重做好思想政治工作,着力培育符合党和国家事业发展需要的建设者和接班人。聚焦中国共产党百年党史,在毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观以及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中梳理出公民志愿精神培育相关理论,可以发现这些理论一脉相承又与时俱进,指引公民志愿精神培育及志愿服务实践不断发展,并推动实现全体人民精神生活共同富裕的目标。

Once the Communist Party of China was founded,it pays great attention to ideological and political work,and strives to cultivate builders and successors who meet the needs of the development of the cause of the Party and the country.Focusing on the centennial history of the CPC,sorting out the relevant theories on the cultivation of civic volunteerism,we can fi nd that these theories are in the same vein,and they continue to innovate in line with the times,and guide the cultivation of voluntary spirit among citizens and the continuous development of voluntary service practice,and promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity of all people’s spiritual life.
