Irrational use of veterinary drugs is easy to lead to residues in livestock or poultry products.Veterinary drug residues not only affect the quality of livestock and poultry products,but also seriously threaten human health and ecological environment.This paper comprehensively analyzed the causes and hazards of the current veterinary drug residues,and discussed the comprehensive prevention and control measures of veterinary drug residues,so as to provide a certain reference for the relevant practitioners in the control of veterinary drug residues.
