边贸口岸是我国发展对外贸易的重要媒介,是“一带一路”倡议互联互通经济建设的重要枢纽,是推动我国经济高质量发展的重要抓手,对新时期如何推动我国边贸口岸高质量发展至关重要。尽管新冠疫情给我国边贸口岸的发展带来出入境人员疫情监测与防控难、口岸货物流通不畅、进口冷链食品疫情防控与监管薄弱、小微企业生产运营困境、传统销售渠道受阻等方面影响,但满洲里市充分利用防疫成效给口岸的高质量发展赋能,探索出结合大数据精准防控以确保口岸高效畅通、运用科技手段保障物流顺畅、积极开展进口冷链食品安全监管、多措并举支持企业生产运营、多渠道拓宽销售渠道等举措,为我国边贸口岸高质量发展提供案例和参考。

Border trade port is an important medium for China to develop foreign trade,an important hub for the economic construction of connectivity under the Belt and Road Initiative,and an important starting point for promot-ing the high-quality development of China's economy.How to promote the high-quality development of China's border trade port in the new era is of great importance.Despite the impact of COVID-19 on the development of China's border trade ports from the aspects of epidemic monitoring and control difficulties for entry-exit personnel,poor flow of goods at ports,weak epidemic prevention and control and supervision of imported cold chain food,pro-duction and operation difficulties of small and micro enterprises,and obstruction of traditional sales channels,Man-zhouli City has made full use of the epidemic prevention effect to enable high-quality development of the port.It has explored measures such as combining big data precision prevention and control to ensure efficient and smooth port flow,using scientific and technological means to ensure smooth logistics,actively carrying out import cold chain food safety supervision,taking multiple measures to support enterprise production and operation,and expand-ing sales channels through multiple channels,so as to provide cases and references for the high-quality develop-ment of China's border trade ports.
