摘要 目的探讨区域新冠病毒核酸检测期间,实验室发生核酸污染后快速消毒处置方法,使其在最短时间重新启用。方法实验室发生核酸污染后,迅速进行消毒前采样检测,查找污染原因;检测的同时展开消毒工作,首先使用7.5%的过氧化氢分别对各检测区进行雾化消毒,机械通风12 h;再针对重点污染部位,采取不同浓度的含氯消毒剂或核酸去除剂反复擦拭3~5遍,紫外线消毒作为辅助;通风12 h后采集环境样进行核酸检测,并使用5份新冠病毒盲样进行室间对比检测。结果消毒前采样25份,其中核酸提取仪、PCR扩增仪及冰箱把手等6份样品中新冠病毒核酸阳性,消毒后采集相同部位的25份样品,结果全部阴性;5份新冠病毒盲样室间对比检测结果一致。结论实验室发生核酸污染后,多种消毒方法联用可以快速去污染,能够在36 h内重启实验室。 Objective During nucleic acid testing of regional SARS-CoV-2,rapid sterilization disposals were carried out after nucleic acid contamination in the laboratory,enabling it to be reactivated in the shortest possible time.Methods After nucleic acid contamination occured in the laboratory,samples were taken immediately before sterilization to find out the cause of the contamination.Sterilization was carried out at the same time as the nucleic acid test.The test areas were first aerosol disinfected with 7.5%hydrogen peroxide and ventilated mechanically for 12 hours.For the key contaminated areas,use different concentrations of chlorine-containing disinfectants or nucleic acid removal agents to repeatedly wipe 3-5 times,with ultraviolet disinfection as an auxiliary measure.Af-ter 12 hours of ventilation,environmental samples were collected again for nucleic acid detection,and five COVID-19 blind samples were used for room contrast test.Results Twenty-five samples were taken before disinfection,and the results showed that SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was positive in 6 samples,including nucleic acid extractor,PCR amplification instruments,and refrigerator handles.After disinfection,25 samples from the same part were col-lected,and all the results were negative.The results of the laboratory comparison of 5 blind samples of SARS-CoV-2 were consistent.Conclusion After nucleic acid contamination occurred in the laboratory,a combination of mul-tiple disinfection methods enabled rapid decontamination and enabled the restart of the laboratory within 36 h.
