新时代高职院校美育建设的实施原则与推进策略——以深圳信息职业技术学院美育赋能为例

摘要 美育是一种感性教育,是实现人的全面发展的重要途径,随着类型化教育分野、社会人才需求迭代更新,新的时代要求学校美育的建设与发展在遵循审美教育一般原则,保证其基本育人目的的前提下,做出契合时代特征的当代回应。将美育新时代背景下的建设探索聚焦于高等职业教育,通过厘清高职技艺习得与素养提升的关系,在素质赋能专业人才的培养体系中重塑学生的审美主体地位,结合典型案例探索美育赋能助力高素质技术技能人才培养的有效策略,总结出高职美育建设的实施原则及三大途径,为职教美育未来的发展提供了一种可行性思路。 Aesthetic education is a kind of perceptual education and an important way to realize the all-round development of human beings.With the division of typed education and the iterative update of social talent demand,the new era requires the construction and development of school aesthetic education to follow the general principles of aesthetic education and ensure its basic purpose of educating people.This paper focuses on the construction exploration in the context of the new era of aesthetic education on higher vocational education,reshapes the aesthetic subject status of students in the training system of quality-empowered professionals by clarifying the relationship between the acquisition of higher vocational skills and the improvement of literacy,explores the effective strategy of aesthetic education empowerment to help the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents based on typical cases,summarizes the implementation principles and three major approaches of the construction of higher vocational aesthetic education,and provides a feasible approach for the future development of aesthetic education in vocational education.
