摘要
岗位实习是高职院校人才培养的重要环节,主要培养学生的教育实践能力、职业技能与素养。通过对深圳信息职业技术学院学前教育专业岗位实习生的问卷调查,从岗位实习中的学校组织与管理、实习单位组织与管理、个人能力表现与提升这三个维度调查学生对岗位实习的满意度,提出学校应从完善顶岗实习方案、明确指导教师职责、加强岗位实习考核、提高实习生待遇等方面改善学前教育专业的学生岗位实习工作。
Job internship is an important part of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,mainly cultivating students'teaching ability,vocational skills,and cultural quality.Through a questionnaire survey of interns majoring in preschool education at Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology,this article investigates students'satisfaction with job internships from three dimensions:school organization and management,internship unit organization and management,and personal ability performance and improvement.It is proposed that schools should improve the internship of students majoring in Preschool Education from the aspects of improving the top internship program,clarifying the responsibilities of instructors,strengthening the assessment of job internship,and improving the treatment of interns.
