志愿服务是社会文明进步的重要标志,在推动社会进步、促进经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。成都市致力于打造志愿服务生态圈,构建志愿服务事业长效机制和支持机制,探索并促进志愿服务高质量发展。在此背景下,作为枢纽型支持性志愿服务组织的“成都云公益发展促进会”依托志愿服务拓展社区治理新渠道,已建立20余支专业志愿服务队。平台凝聚了400余支公益机构和志愿者团队,服务领域覆盖了扶贫济困、扶幼助老、教育医疗、灾害应对、环保社区5大类14小类,在促进志愿服务朝着专业化、精准化和常态化方向发展方面发挥引导性作用。

Voluntary service is an important symbol of social civilization and progress,playing an important role in promoting social progress and economic development.Chengdu is committed to creating a voluntary service ecosystem,building a long-term mechanism and support mechanism for voluntary service,and exploring and promoting highquality development of voluntary services.In this context,as a hub type supportive voluntary service organization,the“Chengdu Cloud Public Welfare Development Promotion Association”has expanded new channels for community governance through voluntary services and established more than 20 professional voluntary service teams.The platform has gathered over 400 public welfare institutions and volunteer teams,covering 5 major categories and 14 sub categories of poverty alleviation,child and elderly assistance,education and medical care,disaster response,and environmental protection communities.It plays a guiding role in promoting the development of voluntary services towards specialization,precision,and normalization.
