浮针扫散法对腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床疗效的影响研究

Clinical Efficacy of Floating Needle Scanning and Dispersing Method in Treating Lumbar and Back Myofascial Pain Syndrome

目的:研究浮针扫散法联合红外光治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的有效性及安全性。方法:选取72例腰背MPS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(36例)与对照组(36例)。治疗组给予浮针扫散法联合红外光治疗仪治疗,对照组给予传统中医针刺联合红外光治疗仪治疗,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。于治疗前、治疗1个疗程后、治疗2个疗程后进行麦吉尔(McGill)疼痛问卷简表(SF-MPQ)评分、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率为87.9%,高于对照组70.6%(P<0.05)。治疗后,不同时间段2组疼痛评级指数总分(PRI)、视觉模拟定级(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分、RMDQ评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),均有统计学意义。结论:浮针扫散法联合红外光治疗仪疗法能够有效地治疗腰背MPS,改善患者腰部功能,减轻疼痛。

Objective:To study the effectiveness and safety of floating needle scanning and dispersing method combined with infrared light therapy instrument in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods:72 Lumbar and back MPS patients were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases).The treatment group was treated with floating needle scanning and dispersing method combined with infrared light therapy instrument,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with infrared light therapy instrument.The treatment lasted for 2 courses(7 days a course).Before treatment,after the first course,and the second course,respectively,Short Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores and Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)scores were performed.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%,which was higher than 70.6%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue scale(VAS),present pain intensity(PPI)score,and RMDQ score of the two groups at different time periods decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),all of which were statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of floating needle scanning and disperping method and infrared light therapy instrument can effectively treat lumbar and back MPS,improve patients'lumbar function,and alleviate pain.
