基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗良性前列腺增生症选穴规律

Analysis on Acupoint Selection Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Based on Data Mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的选穴规律。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、维普期刊全文数据库(维普网)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library建库至2023年2月10日收录的有关针灸治疗BPH的临床研究类文献,利用Excel2019建立用穴处方数据库,对腧穴进行频次、归经、部位、特定穴统计,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26.0软件进行关联规则分析、因子分析、聚类分析,探究针灸治疗BPH的选穴规律。结果共纳入303篇文献,涉及303首处方、103个腧穴,总频次为1424。高频腧穴为关元、中极、三阴交等,常用经脉为任脉和足太阳膀胱经,腧穴多位于腹部和腰骶部,以交会穴、募穴居多。核心穴组为“关元-中极-三阴交”,得到21组关联规则、8个公因子和7个有效聚类群。结论针灸治疗BPH遵循温肾纳气的治疗原则,以“关元-中极-三阴交”为核心腧穴,根据实际情况配穴。

Objective To explore the law of acupoint selection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with acupuncture and moxibustion using data mining technology.Methods The clinical research literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of BPH was retrieved from CNKI,Wangfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library from the establishment of the databases to February 10,2023.The acupoint prescription database was established using Excel 2019.The frequency,meridians tropism,locations,specific acupoints were counted.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 softwares were used to conduct association rules,factor analysis and clustering analysis,to explore the law of acupoint selection in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of BPH.Results Totally 303 articles were included,involving 303 prescriptions and 103 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1424.The high-frequency acupoints were Guanyuan,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,etc.The commonly used meridians were the Conception Vessel and Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang.The involved acupoints were mostly located in the abdomen and lumbosacral region,and intersection acupoints and mu-front acupoints acupoint in the majority.The core acupoints group was“Guanyuan-Zhongji-Sanyinjiao”,and 21 groups of association rules,8 factors and 7 effective cluster groups were obtained.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of BPH follows the therapeutic principles of warm the kidney and absorb qi.The core acupoints is“Guanyuan-Zhongji-Sanyinjiao”,and the combination of acupoints based on the realities.
