运动想象疗法联合皮肤感觉输入训练对卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响

Effects of motor imagery therapy combined with skin sensory input training on upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:观察运动想象疗法联合皮肤感觉输入训练对卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年6月该院收治的70例卒中偏瘫患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用运动想象疗法联合皮肤感觉输入训练。比较两组治疗前后上肢运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)]评分、日常生活活动能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]评分。结果:治疗后,两组FMA-UE、ARAT和MBI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复治疗基础上实施运动想象疗法与皮肤感觉输入训练可提高卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力,效果优于单纯常规康复治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of motor imagery therapy combined with skin sensory input training on upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to June 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was treated with the motor imagery therapy combined with the skin sensory input training on the basis of that of the control group.The upper limb motor function[Fugl-Meyer motor assessment-upper limb component(FMA-UE),the action research arm test(ARAT)]score,and activities of daily living[modified Barthel index(MBI)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of FMA-UE,ARAT and MBI in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine rehabilitation therapy,the motor imagery therapy combined with the skin sensory input training can improve the upper limb motor function and the activities of daily living scores of the stroke patients with hemiplegia.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation therapy alone.
