廉洁政府建设赋能数字贸易的理论机制与经验证据

Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Evidence for Building a Clean Government to Empower Digital Trade

随着数字技术的快速发展,数字贸易逐渐成为驱动全球经济增长的新引擎。数字贸易发展的影响因素纷繁复杂,其中与营商环境密切相关的廉洁政府建设尤其值得关注。基于2011—2020年中国与CPTPP成员国数据的实证分析结果表明,廉洁政府建设对数字贸易发展有显著促进作用,并且这种促进作用主要通过经济规模、产业结构和科技创新等路径实现。因此,应扎实推进廉洁政府建设,为数字贸易发展提供良好的制度与市场环境,在此基础上科学规划产业布局,加快建设现代化产业体系,深入实施创新驱动发展战略,推动我国数字贸易高质量发展。

Based on the data from China and CPTPP member countries from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the impact of clean government construction on digital trade through empirical research.It shows that the construction of a clean government has a significant positive effect on the development of digital trade,and this positive effect is mainly achieved through economic scale,industrial structure,and technological innovation.Therefore,we should solidly promote the construction of a clean government,scientifically plan the industrial layout,accelerate the modern industrial system construction,implement the innovation-driven development strategy,and promote the high-quality development of China’s digital trade.
