摘要
数字经济时代,组建跨学科创新团队并强化其知识协同是攻克卡脖子技术、实现高水平科技自立自强的重要举措。基于问卷调查的实证分析结果显示,知识协同机制能够提高行为主体实施知识共享的意愿,激励行为主体主动学习和掌握数字技术,从而提升行为主体的知识协同能力,促进跨学科团队的知识共享和协同创新;团队协作能够增强数字技术的赋能效应,提高数字信息的利用效率,促进信息共享和知识转移,进而增强知识协同效应;团队协同情境正向调节行为主体间的知识协作关系。因此,应完善知识协同的数字技术保障,健全数字化治理模式,激发行为主体的协同意愿,增强行为主体的数字能力,从而提升跨学科团队的知识协同绩效。
In the digital economy era,establishing interdisciplinary innovation teams and strengthening their knowledge collaboration are important measures to overcome throat-hitting technologies and achieve high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement.The empirical analysis based on questionnaire surveys shows that:The knowledge collaboration mechanism can further enhance their knowledge collaboration ability and promote knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation in interdisciplinary teams.Team collaboration can enhance the knowledge collaboration effect.The context of team collaboration positively regulates the knowledge collaboration relationship among behavioral subjects.
