1949年中国局势发生重大变化,人民解放军从胜利走向胜利,全中国的解放指日可待。渡江战役爆发前后的“灵甫”号事件,对中国共产党、英国和国民党三方关系产生了重大影响。英国按照条约提出提前收回租借给国民党海军“灵甫”舰的要求,国民党采取措施延缓该舰的归还,中国共产党则积极争取该舰起义。最终,在中国共产党的争取下,“灵甫”舰大部分官兵起义加入人民海军,而英国收回了该舰。该事件对中国共产党、英国和国民党三方关系产生了重大影响。

In 1949,the situation in China underwent significant changes.The People’s Liberation Army marched from victory to victory,and the liberation of all of China was imminent.The“LingFu”incident around the time of the Yangtze River Crossing Campaign had a great impact on the relationships among the Communist Party of China,the UK,and the Kuomintang.The UK,in accordance with the treaty,requested the return of the“LingFu”,which had been leased to the Kuomintang navy.The Kuomintang took measures to delay the return of the ship,while the Communist Party of China actively sought its mutiny.In the end,under the efforts of the Communist Party of China,most of the soldiers of the“LingFu”joined the People’s Navy,and the UK reclaimed the ship.This incident had a profound impact on the relationships among the Communist Party of China,the UK,and the Kuomintang.
