胸背向超重及超重旋转复合暴露对家兔肺损伤的病理学观察

Effects of Gx Overload and Overload Rotation Combined Exposure on Lung Pathology in Rabbits

摘要 为研究超重与超重旋转复合暴露对家兔肺脏的损伤影响及其病理学差异,选取家兔21只,随机分为3组,依托自研的超重旋转复合实验平台模拟峰值为13 G的超重(CG组)、13 G超重+10 r/min自转(EG1组)以及13 G超重+20 r/min自转(EG2组)的暴露环境,观察各组实验后家兔大体解剖情况,并结合肺脏简明损伤定级(AIS)、器官损伤定级(OIS)损伤评分及光镜下损伤表现,综合分析超重旋转复合环境对家兔肺脏的病理学影响。结果表明:实验后,EG1与EG2组家兔较CG组肺脏AIS评分与OIS定级更高,且随着自转水平的提高,伤情也进一步加重;光镜下结果显示,EG1、EG2组家兔肺脏出血面积更大,且表现出更明显的结构性损伤,包括高度肺不张、肺泡壁断裂、肺实变等;采用超重旋转复合实验平台可有效模拟多种特因环境,构建模型稳定可靠。 To study the effects of overload exposure and overload rotation combined exposure on lung damage and its pathological differences in rabbits,a total of 21 rabbits were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.The exposure environment of 13 G overload(CG)/13 G overload+10 r/min rotation(EG1)/13 G overload+20 r/min rotation(EG2)were simulated based on the overload ro-tation combined test platform.After observing the gross anatomy of rabbits in each group,combined with the AIS(Abbreviated Injury Scaling),OIS(Organ Damage Scale)and the damage manifesta-tions under light microscope,the pathological effects of overload rotation combined environment on the lungs were analyzed comprehensively.The results showed that after the experiment,the AIS and OIS of EG1 and EG2 groups were higher than those of CG group,and the injury was further aggrava-ted with the increase of rotation level.According to the light microscope,rabbits in EG1 and EG2 groups showed larger bleeding area and more obvious structural damage in the lung,including high atelectasis,rupture of alveolar wall and lung consolidation.The overload rotation combined test plat-form can effectively simulate various special environments,and the model is stable and reliable.
