摘要
针对中国空间站工程规划,借鉴和平号空间站的组建经验,提出了一种不同于和平号空间站翻转式转位方案的空间站建造方案,即平面式转位技术方案。首先,通过对接机构实现实验舱与核心舱的轴向对接;利用平面式转位机构将实验舱转位至侧向对接口,并支持对接机构完成侧向对接。然后,通过对转位机构进行任务及功能分析、构型分析、自由度分析,确定了平面式转位机构工作原理、具体组成及布局、系统工作过程以及工作时序。最后,将平面式转位方案与机械臂和翻转式转位方案进行对比,为空间站工程提供参考。
Taking the Mir space station construction experience as a reference,a plane-transfer technology solution suitable for the construction of China space station was proposed according to the project planning of China Space Station.It is different from the Mir tilting transfer scheme.First,the axial docking of the experiment module with the core module was realized by the docking mecha-nism.Then,the plane-transfer mechanism was used for the transposition of the experiment module to the lateral interface and the docking mechanism completed the lateral docking.Through the analy-sis of the task and function,mechanism configuration,degree of freedom,the plane-transfer mecha-nism principle,as well as the specific composition and layout,the working process of the system and the working sequence were determined,at the same time,the plane-transfer scheme was compared with the manipulator and the tilting-transfer scheme.The study can serve as a reference for the space station project.
