摘要
可变速抽水蓄能机组的控制研究愈发成为热点,由于其转速可调、功率和转速耦合、功率快速响应等特点,需要专门的协调控制单元进行配合分工,本文对协调控制单元的输入输出、功能性能、控制方法及控制模式进行了研究,提出了协调控制单元的硬件接口及功能设计要求、协调控制单元的转速和功率解耦策略、一次调频算法、不同控制模式的分类以及不同应用场景,最后给出了可变速机组适应电网不同频差以及调整负荷的灵活调节策略。本文可供大型可变速机组的协调控制提供一定参考。
The research on the control of variable speed pumped storage unit has become a research hotspot.The input and output,function performance,control method and control mode of the coordination control unit are studied in this paper for its characteristics like speed adjustability,power and speed coupling,and fast power response need special coordination control unit for coordination and specialization.The hardware interface and function design requirements and the speed-power decoupling strategy of the coordination control unit,the primary frequency control algorithm,the classification of different control modes and different applications are proposed.Finally,the flexible adjustment strategy for the variable speed unit to fit the different frequency deviations and adjusted load of the power grid is given.This paper provides some reference for the coordination control of large variable speed unit.
