银杏叶类注射剂治疗脑梗死的Mini卫生技术评估

Mini Health Technology Assessment of ginkgo biloba injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的对银杏叶提取物注射液、舒血宁注射液、银杏内酯注射液、银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液4种银杏叶类注射剂进行Mini卫生技术评估(Mini-HTA),以期为药品遴选、药品安全合理使用提供依据。方法从安全性、有效性、经济性、适宜性、创新性和可及性6个维度对4种银杏叶类注射剂进行Mini-HTA。结果4种银杏叶类注射剂的总评分65~72分,4种银杏叶类注射剂用于治疗脑梗死效果确切。其中银杏内酯注射液和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液安全性好,不良反应轻微。结论Mini-HTA结果可为医院药品遴选提供依据,对中成药的评估有一定的价值。

Objective The Mini health technology assessment is carried out for four kinds of ginkgo biloba injections,including extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injections,Shuxuening injection,ginkgolide injection,dieterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection,in order to provide a basis for drug selection and safe and reasonable use of drugs.Methods Mini health technology assessment of four ginkgo injections was performed in six aspects:safety,effectiveness,economy,suitability,innovation and accessibility.Results The total score of four kinds of ginkgo biloba injections was 65 to 72 points.The four kinds of ginkgo biloba leaf injections had definite effects in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Among them,ginkgolide injection and dieterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection had good safety and mild adverse reactions.Conclusion The results of Mini health technology evaluation can provide a basis for hospital drug selection,and it has certain popularization value for the evaluation method of Chinese patent medicine.
