维生素AD治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对患儿炎性因子和免疫功能的影响

Effect of vitamin A and D drops in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function in children

目的观察维生素AD治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对患儿炎性因子和免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2021年12月临沂市中心医院收治的支原体肺炎患儿100例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患儿予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用维生素AD滴剂治疗。2组均治疗14 d。比较2组患儿治疗效果,治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、细胞炎性因子[白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平变化。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(86.00%vs.76.00%,χ^(2)=1.624,P=0.202);治疗后,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及IL-2水平均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平下降,且观察组上升或下降的程度大于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论维生素AD治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果肯定,对患儿炎性因子及免疫功能均具有积极的影响。

Objective To observe the effect of vitamin A and D drops in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function in children.Methods A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected.The children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with vitamin A and D drops on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The treatment effect,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and inflammatory factors(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γ)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(86.00%vs.76.00%,χ^(2)=1.624,P=0.202).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and IL-2 in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,while the levels of CD8^(+),IL-4,IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γwere decreased,and the degree of increase or decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of vitamin A and D drops in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is positive,and it has a positive impact on inflammatory factors and immune function in children.
