At the major historical juncture of the vigorous development of the digital economy and the transformation of China's industrial quality,how to grasp the opportunity of industrial transformation in the digital era and accelerate the high⁃quality development of China's industry has become an unavoidable topic of the times within the new development pattern.Compared with the core characteristics of high⁃quality industrial development⁃the strong growth momentum,efficient produc⁃tion mode,reasonable resource allocation and leading innovation level,there are still shortcomings in China's industrial de⁃velopment,which are specifically reflected in the insufficient kinetic energy of traditional industries,extensive and ineffi⁃cient production methods,prominent resource misallocation problems,and the urgent need to improve the level of innova⁃tion.By means of the two⁃wheel drive mechanism of“incremental rise”and“stock transformation”,digital economy can realize kinetic energy transformation,cost reduction and efficiency increase,configuration optimization and innovative de⁃velopment during the industrial transformation period.Therefore,expanding the development of digital industry,strengthe⁃ning digital talent support,consolidating digital infrastructure support and promoting the digital transformation process are the key measures to solve the dilemma of high⁃quality development of China's industry in the digital era.
