摘要
目的:探究中药外敷联合中药汤剂干预宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术(TCRP)后不孕的效果。方法:将93例EP不孕TCRP术后患者随机分为三组,各31例。对照1组用地屈孕酮,对照2组用中药外敷和中药汤剂干预,观察组采用地屈孕酮、中药外敷和中药汤剂干预。比较三组证候积分、性激素水平及随访结果。结果:相较对照1组、2组,观察组术后证候积分、孕酮和雌二醇水平及EP复发率和月经异常率较低,妊娠率较高(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合地屈孕酮和中药汤剂干预可减轻TCRP术后症状和EP复发率,改善性激素水平,提高妊娠率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the intervention of infertility after transcervical resection of polyp(TCRP).Methods:A total of 93 infertile patients with endometrial polyp(EP)received TCRP were selected and randomly divided into control group 1 and 2 and an observation group with 31 cases each.The control group 1 was treated with only dydrogesterone,the control group 2 with both the external application of traditional Chinese medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the observation group with the external application of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine decoction and dydrogesterone.TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels and follow-up results were compared among the three groups after treatment.Results:TCM syndrome scores,the levels of progesterone and estradiol,the rates of EP recurrence and abnormal menstruation were lower and the pregnancy rate was higher in the observation group than the control group 1 and 2 after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the decoction and dydrogesterone can reduce postoperative symptoms of TCRP and EP recurrence rate,improve sex hormone levels and increase pregnancy rate.
