多模态磁共振成像在原发性失眠中的研究进展

Research progress of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging in primary insomnia

原发性失眠(PI)是社会上普遍存在的一种神经系统疾病,其病因和发病机制仍不完全清楚。随着MRI技术的不断发展,多模态MRI在PI的诊断和评估中占据越来越重要的地位。本文主要从血氧水平依赖性功能磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI)、扩散磁共振成像(dMRI)和磁共振波谱成像(MRS)三个方面的最新研究进展进行综述并提出不足及展望,以期为PI的进一步研究提供参考。

Primary Insomnia(PI)is a common neurologic disorder in society,and its etiology and pathogenesis remain incompletely understood.With the continuous development of MRI technology,multimodal MRI has become increasingly important in the diagnosis and evaluation of PI.This article reviews the latest research progress in three aspects:Blood Oxygenation Level Dependent-functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging(BOLD-fMRI),diffusion Magnetic Resonance Imaging(dMRI)and Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(MRS),and will point out shortcomings and prospects,aiming to provide a reference for further research on PI.
