基于斑点追踪超声心动图技术的AutoEF软件自动测量右心室面积变化分数一致性分析

摘要 目的:评估基于斑点追踪超声心动图(STE)技术的AutoEF软件自动测量右心室面积变化分数(FAC)观察者内和观察者间一致性,探讨AutoEF软件用于右心室收缩功能评估的可行性。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年3月南通市第三人民医院收治的27例疑似或已知疾病涉及右心室功能的住院患者进行前瞻性研究。由两名超声心动图医师进行手动FAC测量,并使用AutoEF软件自动测量FAC。通过重复测量来评估观察者内一致性,比较两名医师之间的测量值来评估观察者间一致性。采用组内相关系数(intraclass correlation efficient,ICC)进行一致性分析。结果:手动测量观察者内ICC为0.851,观察者间ICC为0.863,相比之下,自动测量显示出更高的一致性,观察者内及观察者间ICC分别为0.926和0.949。支持AutoEF软件评估右心室收缩功能的可靠性。结论:本研究在AutoEF自动测量右心室FAC中观察到出色的一致性,表明AutoEF软件在评估右心室收缩功能方面的潜力。
