RevolutionCT能谱扫描技术在肺动脉栓塞采用CTPA诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的:分析RevolutionCT能谱扫描技术在肺动脉栓塞采用肺动脉CT血管成像(CTPA)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的急性肺动脉栓塞患者200例。根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组采用16排螺旋CT进行CTPA检查,观察组采用256排RevolutionCT能谱扫描技术进行CTPA检查。对比两组的图像质量、辐射剂量参数以及图像质量符合率。结果:观察组肺动脉主干、左肺动脉、右肺动脉、左右上叶肺动脉、左右基底段肺动脉亚段、左右基底段肺动脉评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CT剂量指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组信噪比、图像背景噪声、对比噪声比、剂量长度乘积以及有效辐射剂量方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组图像质量符合率81.00%高于对照组的78.00%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:对急性肺动脉栓塞且需接受CTPA检查的患者,采用RevolutionCT能谱扫描技术,能够有效改善图像质量、辐射剂量参数以及图像质量符合率,值得推广与应用。
