认知-运动双任务干预改善平衡控制能力的研究

A review on cognitive-motor dual-task intervention in improving balance control ability

平衡控制能力是影响动作控制发展、预防跌倒的重要能力,认知-运动双任务干预对平衡控制能力的提升有积极作用。为促进认知-运动双任务干预在平衡控制能力训练中的有效运用,本研究对平衡控制能力的影响因素、认知-运动双任务干预的益处与注意事项等方面研究进行综述。研究表明平衡控制能力受年龄和临床功能障碍影响,在运用认知-运动双任务干预对个体平衡控制能力进行干预时,应根据干预群体的具体情况选择相应任务内容、设置合适的任务难度;注重干预过程的量化监控指标的辅助作用;对于特殊群体,采用运动想象的干预手段,使之达到最佳干预效果。

Balance control is an important ability to influence the development of motor control and prevent falls.Cognitivemotor dual-task intervention is effective in the improvement of balance control ability.To promote the effective application of cognitive-motor dual-task intervention in balance control ability training,the influencing factors of balance control ability,the benefits and precautions of cognitive-motor dual-task intervention were reviewed in this study.The results showed that balance control ability was influenced by age and clinical disorder.When cognitive-motor dual-task intervention was used to intervene with individual balance control ability,the corresponding task content should be selected following the specific circumstances of the intervention group,and appropriate task difficulty should be set.Besides,attention should be paid to the auxiliary effect of quantitative monitoring indicators of the intervention process.For special groups,motor imagery intervention means should be adopted to achieve the best intervention effect.
