习得性无助感在护理领域中的研究进展

Research advances in learned helplessness in nursing

心理健康问题是造成社会负担的主要原因之一,也是日益严重的公共卫生问题。为了改善患者的身心健康状况,提高其生活质量,越来越多的学者关注习得性无助理论,让患者重新建立对疾病的正确认知,改变不合理的想法,从而提高患者治疗和康复的依从性。我国在护理领域对于习得性无助感的研究尚处于起步阶段,相关研究较少。相比之下,国外的研究应用较为广泛。本文对习得性无助感的主要内容,习得性无助感在国内外的研究进展,包括测评工具的发展、习得性无助感影响因素的探索及干预研究等内容进行综述,以期为今后习得性无助感在我国护理领域的应用提供参考。

Mental health problems are one of the main causes of social burden and are increasingly serious public health problems.To improve the physical and mental health status of patients and improve their quality of life,more and more scholars focus on the theory of learned helplessness.It can help patients re-establish the correct cognition of the disease and change unreasonable ideas,hence improving the compliance of patients with treatment and rehabilitation.The research on learned helplessness in the nursing field in China is still in its infancy,and there are few related studies.In contrast,studies abroad are more widely used.This article reviews the main contents of learned helplessness,the research advances in learned helplessness in China and globally,including the development of evaluation tools,the exploration of influencing factors of learned helplessness,and the intervention research to provide evidence for its research and application in the field of nursing in China in the future.
