中国式现代化视域下乡村振兴的逻辑与路径——以浙江“千万工程”为例

新时代新征程如何全面推进乡村振兴,是中国式现代化进程中的重要议题。中国式现代化的内涵特征和本质要求从价值、目标、主体、方法等四个层面,为全面推进乡村振兴指明了方向。浙江“千万工程”立足基本国情省情农情,探索出了一条加强农村人居环境整治、全面推进乡村振兴、建设美丽中国的科学路径,不仅为解决农业农村问题、破解城乡二元结构、推进中国乡村现代化建设提供了重要经验启示,也为促进人类文明发展贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。

JHow to comprehensively promote rural revitalization in the new era is an extremely important issue in the process of Chinese modernization.The connotative features and essential requirements of Chinese modernization point out the direction for rural revitalization from the four levels of value,goal,subject and method.Based on national,provincial and agricultural conditions,Zhejiang's“Thousand&Ten Thousand Project”has explored a scientific path to strengthen the improvement of rural living environment,comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and build a beautiful China.It not only provides important experience for solving agricultural and rural problems,breaking the urban-rural dichotomy,and promoting China's rural modernization,but also contributes Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to promoting the development of human civilization.
