计及电解铝负荷特性的区域电网双层优化运行策略 被引量:2

摘要 分时电价机制通过引导用户调整用电计划,提高电网对新能源的消纳,实现系统运行的经济性和灵活性。建立了计及电解铝负荷特性区域电网运营商双层优化运行策略,上层以区域电网运营商利润最大为目标,下层以工业企业用电成本最小为目标,然后利用(Karush-Kuhn-Tucker, KKT)条件及线性化技术将非线性的双层优化问题转换为单层线性模型进行求解,最后算例计算结果显示,利用分时电价引导电解铝负荷参与区域调峰可提高区域电网运营商利润和降低用户用电成本,平抑新能源波动。 The time-of-use electricity price mechanism guides users to adjust their electricity consumption plans,which improves the consumption of new energy by the power grid and achieves the economy and flexibility operation of power system.A double-layer optimization operation strategy for regional power grid operators is established which takes into account the load characteristics of electrolytic aluminum.The upper layer aims to maximize the profit of regional power grid operators,and the lower layer aims to minimize the electricity cost of industrial enterprises.Then,the(Karush Kuhn Tucker,KKT)condition and linearization technique is used to convert the nonlinear double-layer optimization problem into a single-layer linear model for solution.Finally,the calculation results of the example show that time-of-use electricity prices can guide the participation of electrolytic aluminum load in regional peak shaving,which improves the profits of regional power grid operators,reduces user electricity costs,and stabilize fluctuations of new energies.
