摘要 新型电力系统中供需侧结构发生了深刻变化,随着5G基站规模化发展,结合虚拟电厂等先进技术,本文研究了基于虚拟电厂的分布式5G基站可调资源聚合技术及应用,研究开展基于需求侧响应的5G基站节能策略智能化选择、自动参数配置与效果评估、远程调控技术研究,从而达到运行效率综合节能效率的“双优目标”。聚合5G基站备用电池等可调负荷形成“虚拟电厂”,通过调控实现对基站整合调控和协调优化,对外等效为可控电源来参与电网需求响应,支撑新型电力系统建设。通过5G+切片技术,实现对5G基站可调资源的实时监控,如电源开关状态、电池状态等设备参数进行监测,以便实时进行响应资源的调整。在广西开通5G小区数约44526个,节能2282万度电,约合1763万元,有效支撑了广西电网公司需求响应能力建设以及助力电网负荷移峰填谷,同时也可有力辅助5G基站用电节能减排。 The supply and demand side structure in new power system has undergone profound changes with the large-scale development of 5G base stations.Combined with the advanced technologies such as virtual power plants,the technology and application of adjustable resource aggregation in distributed 5G base station based on virtual power plants is studied in this paper.Based on demand side response,the intelligent selection of 5G base station energy-saving strategies,the automatic parameter configuration and effect evaluation,and the remote control technology are also studied to achieve the"dual optimization goal"of comprehensive energy-saving efficiency and operational efficiency.Adjustable loads such as 5G base station backup batteries are aggregated to form a"virtual power plant",in which the base station can be integrated,coordinated and optimized through regulation and be externally equivalent to controllable power supply to participate in grid demand response in order to support the construction of new power system.By using 5G+slicing technology,real-time monitoring of adjustable resources in 5G base station can be achieved,which includes the monitoring of device parameters such as power switch status and battery status,in order to adjust response resources in real time.About 445265G residential areas have been opened in Guangxi,saving 22.82 million kilowatt hours of electricity,equivalent to 17.63 million Yuan,which effectively supports the demand response capacity construction of Guangxi power grid company and assists the peak and valley load shifting of the power grid.At the same time,it can also effectively assist the energy conservation and emission reduction of 5G base stations.
