海上风电变流器智能加热除湿系统的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对以往海上风电变流器加热除湿缺乏对变流器内部加热情况预警及防凝露功能,提出并研制了变流器智能加热除湿系统。该系统运用了加热除湿控制技术、防凝露控制技术,实现了变流器内部环境温湿度的智能在线监测、控制、诊断、预警功能。解决了以往变流器加热除湿功能无预警和无防凝露功能的不足。该系统在上电状态可实时检测变流器柜内环境温湿度并对柜内温湿度进行控制,避免变流器内部出现受潮凝露的情况,提高了变流器的可靠性。该系统在湛江徐闻海上风电场项目的应用验证了系统的实用性及有效性。 In response to the lack of early warning and anti-condensation functions of the internal heating and dehumidification of offshore wind power converters in the past,an intelligent heating and dehumidification system for the offshore wind power converters is proposed and developed.The system utilizes heating and dehumidification control technology and anti-condensation control technology to realize the intelligent online monitoring,control,diagnosis and early warning functions of the internal environment temperature and humidity of the converter.It solves the problems of the previous converter's heating and dehumidification function without warning and anti-condensation function.During the power-on state,the system can detect the ambient temperature and humidity inside the converter cabinet in real-time and control the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet to avoid moisture condensation inside the converter and improve its reliability.The application of the system in Xuwen offshore wind farm project in Zhanjiang has verified the practicality and effectiveness of the system.
