基于CiteSpace的脓毒症相关性脑病科学计量学可视化图谱分析

目的 基于脓毒症相关性脑病(Sepsis associated eneephalopathy, SAE)科学计量学图谱特征的可视化分析,探索SAE领域研究热点、未来趋势等。方法 基于科学网(Web of Science)、中国知网等数据库,筛选建库至今有关SAE研究的关联文献;借助CiteSpace6.1r6可视化软件,绘制科学计量学网络知识图谱,分析SAE研究的演变进程并预测其未来发展趋势。结果 本研究共纳入国外研究学者发表的SAE相关论著及文献829篇,国内相关领域论著及文献220篇,国内外SAE发文量均有显著升高,研究方法上形成了以SAE流行病学研究、动物实验、临床研究为中心的三大方向。通过聚类分析发现,SAE研究热点主要集中在机制、流行病学等。结论 国内外SAE研究大多在动物实验、流行病学分析等层面,研究内容多围绕炎症反应、免疫或器官功能障碍等,而预测SAE发病机制研究及指导临床诊疗等成为未来研究方向,应加强科研机构间的合作,形成多中心、跨学科及专业性强的研究团队,为SAE患者提供科学性、系统性的诊疗及防治策略。

Objective Based on the visualization analysis of the scientometric map characteristics of sepsisrelated encephalopathy,explore the research hotspots and future trends in the field of SAE.Methods Based on databases such as Web of Science and CNKI,the relevant literatures of SAE research were screened.With the help of citespace6.1r6 visualization software,the scientometrics network knowledge map was drawn to analyze the historical evolution of SAE research and to predict its future development trend.Results A total of 829 SAE-related papers and literatures published by foreign researchers and 220 domestic papers and literatures in related fields were included in this study.The number of SAE publications were increased significantly both at home and abroad,and 3 directions were formed in terms of research methods,including SAE epidemiological studies,animal experiments and clinical studies.Through cluster analysis,it was found that SAE research focused on its mechanism,epidemiology and other related studies.Conclusion SAE studies at home and abroad mostly focus on inflammatory response,immunity or organ dysfunction at the level of animal experiments and epidemiological analysis,etc.The future re-search direction is to predict the pathogenesis of SAE and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Coop-eration among scientific research institutions should be strengthened to form a multi-center,interdiscipli-nary and professional research team.To provide scientific and systematic diagnosis,treatment and preven-tion strategies for SAE patients.
