基于“共同”:生长性师幼对话之“为”

摘要 生长性师幼对话是一种超越事实的、具有建设性的对话,有助于教师深刻地发现儿童、理解儿童,且在基于理解的基础上展开有效的教育回应和支持。营造生长性师幼对话需要四个“共同”:拥有共同立场是生长性师幼对话的前提,保持共同视角是生长性师幼对话的基础,达成共同理解是生长性师幼对话的指引,保持共同思考是生长性师幼对话的关键。 Growth-promoting dialogue between teacher and child is regard as a form of rational and constructive conversation that can facilitate teacher to profoundly see children,deeply understand them,and further engage in effective educational responses and support.Cultivating growth-promoting teacher-child dialogue requires four“common”elements:1.having a common stance,which is the prerequisite for growth-promoting teacher-child dialogue.2.maintaining a common perspective,which forms the foundation of such dialogue.3.reaching a common understanding,which serves as the guiding principle.4.sustaining common reflection,which is the key to growth-promoting teacher-child dialogue.
