幼儿教师伦理敏感性影响因素及优化策略

摘要 当前个别幼儿园教师的伦理失范行为引起了人们对幼儿教师伦理素养的关注,缺乏专业伦理敏感性,不能领会和解释保教情境中的伦理信息可能是导致幼儿教师伦理失范行为的重要原因。研究者以Q市203名幼儿教师为被试,调查伦理敏感性的影响因素,结果发现幼儿教师的伦理敏感性在人口学变量学历水平、专业能力、婚育状况、年龄、教龄等方面存在差异。同时,研究发现,忽视专业伦理教育、缺乏人文关怀、职业认同度不高、学前教育立法不完善等因素也影响着幼儿教师伦理敏感性。优化幼儿教师的伦理敏感性需要建构幼儿教师专业伦理思维,优化幼儿教师的职业发展场域,规范幼儿教师的职业行为,增强幼儿教师的职业认同,完善幼儿教师评价晋升机制。 At present,the ethical anomie behavior of some kindergarten teachers has aroused people’s attention to preschool teachers’ethical literacy.The lack of professional ethical sensitivity and the inability to understand and explain the ethical information in the care and education situation may be an important reason for preschool teachers’ethical anomie behavior.Taking 203 kindergarten teachers in Q city as subjects,the researcher investigated the influencing factors of ethical sensitivity.The results showed that there were differences in demographic variables,educational level,professional ability,marriage and childbearing status,age,teaching years and so on.At the same time,the study found that in the professional life of preschool teachers,factors such as ignoring professional ethics education,lack of humanistic care,low professional identity,imperfect preschool education legislation also affect the ethical sensitivity of preschool teachers.Therefore,to optimize preschool teachers’ethical sensitivity,the most important thing is to construct preschool teachers’professional ethical thinking,optimize their professional development field,standardize their professional behavior,enhance their professional identity,and improve their evaluation and promotion mechanism.
