摘要
近年来,我国越来越重视0~3岁婴幼儿托育服务缺位问题,家长对托育服务模式和内容也提出了明显的需求。调查研究结果显示:家长对六种托育模式均存在需求;婴幼儿不同年龄阶段,家长对于机构式、临时、白间、半日托育这四种托育模式的需求存在显著差异,随着婴幼儿年龄增长,家长对于机构式、临时、半日托育的需求也随之增加;家长对于托育服务内容的需求较高,其中对环境设备需求最高,其次是保教活动、师资队伍、卫生保健,对服务理念的需求最低。据此,可出台相关政策,实现幼有所育;重视刚性需求,减轻家长负担;优化托育品质,提供多元服务三方面提高托育服务质量。
In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the lack of care services for 0~3-year-old infants.From the perspective of parents,this study explored the needs of parents for the model and content of childcare services.The results of the questionnaire showed that:parents have needs for six kinds of nursery education models;There are significant differences in parents’needs for institutional,temporary,half day and day care at different age stages of infants.With the growth of infants’age,parents’needs for the first three care modes also increase.At different age stages of infants,the order of parents’demand for day care is 2-3 years old,0-1 years old and 1-2 years old;Generally speaking,parents have a high demand for the content of care and education services,among which the demand for environmental equipment is the highest,followed by health care and education activities,teaching staff and health care,and the demand for service concept is the lowest.Based on the survey results,the study has the following three suggestions:Issue relevant policies to ensure people’s access to childcare;Pay attention to rigid demand and reduce the burden on parents;Optimize the quality of nursery education and provide diversified services.
