Inclusive private kindergarten is an important force to build inclusive preschool education public service system.Focusing on the internal survival situation of inclusive private kindergartens,the paper reveals the contradiction between inclusive private kindergartens and the government,the discord between them and children’s parents,as well as the two profound contradictions between inclusive private kindergartens,namely,profitability and public welfare at the essential level,and market regulation and government supervision at the practical level in order to deepen the comprehensive understanding of inclusive private kindergartens,promote the healthy and stable development of inclusive private kindergartens.
