指向高质量教学的高校在线教学标准构建与实施 被引量:1

摘要 在线教学正在高校得到越来越广泛和深入的应用。在线教学具有独特的优势,但在教学实施、设备和网络技术支持、管理制度等方面面临的问题愈加突出。以高质量教学为指向,在全面质量管理中的PDCA循环理论和霍姆伯格“以学生为中心”的远程教育理论的基础上,搭建了高校在线教学标准“一中心、一引领、三服务”的框架结构。一中心即以学生为中心,一引领即教师引领,三服务即资源支持、环境支撑和质量保障,形成了高校在线教学标准三级指标体系,并从教学组织、设备网络、管理监督等方面提出了高校在线教学标准的实施要求。 Online teaching is being applied more and more widely and deeply in colleges and universities.Online teaching has unique advantages,but it faces more and more prominent problems in teaching implementation,equipment and network technical support,management system and so on.On the basis of PDCA cycle theory of total quality management and Holmberg’s student-centered distance education theory,a framework structure of“one center,one guide and three services”is set up for online teaching standards in colleges and universities.One center is student-centered,one lead is teacher-led,and three services are resource support,environmental support and quality assurance.A three-level index system of online teaching standards is formed,and the implementation requirements of online teaching standards are put forward from the aspects of teaching organization,equipment network,management and supervision.
