一种输液器自动报警及关断装置的设计

Design of an Automatic Alarm and Shutoff Device for Infusion Set

针对目前输液报警器液位检测不准确、不具备自动关断功能等问题,利用集成创新思想,设计了一种输液器自动报警及关断装置。其本体结构主要包括夹持模块、检测模块、关断模块等,控制系统主要有MCU单元、电源模块、液位传感器检测单元、电磁铁线圈控制电路,软件设计主要有主程序、中断程序和子程序。该装置以MCU为控制系统核心,采用非接触式柔性平面电容液位传感器检测药液,使用方形电磁铁实现自动关断输液,应用可充电锂电池进行供电,具有检测准确、止液可靠、声光报警、使用方便等优点,可以提高输液的安全性。

Aiming at the problems of inaccurate liquid level detection and the lack of automatic shutoff function of the current infusion alarm,an automatic alarm and shutoff device of infusion set is designed with an innovative concept of integration.The main structure includes the clamping module,the detection module,the shutdown module,etc.The control system mainly includes the MCU unit,the power module,the liquid level sensor detection unit,the electromagnetic coil control circuit,and the software design mainly consists of the main program,the interrupt program,and the subroutine.The device takes MCU as the core of the control system,uses a non-contact flexible plane capacitance liquid level sensor to detect the drug liquid,utilizes a square electromagnet to automatically shut off the infusion,and applies a rechargeable lithium-ion battery to provide the power.It has the advantages of accurate detection,reliable liquid stop,audible and visual alarm,convenient use,etc.,which can improve the safety of the infusion.
