摘要
随着城市规模的扩大、劳动分工水平的提高、城市经济效率的加快,城市社会经济系统的复杂性和多样性程度逐渐增大,城市发生系统性风险的概率也随之增加,防控风险的任务也越来越艰巨。提高城市韧性水平迫在眉睫,合理地对城市韧性水平进行评价变得至关重要。以2010—2019年安徽省16个地级市为例,构建了基于社会经济、绿色环保和社会基建的城市恢复力评价指标体系,采用熵权-VIKOR模型对安徽省16个地级市的城市韧性水平进行评价分析,并用ArcGIS 10.2对城市韧性进行空间差异分析。结果表明,虽然安徽省各城市韧性水平整体随时间呈增长形态,但总体韧性水平不高且空间分异现象显著。同时,结合当前城市韧性建设的要求提出一些建议。
With the expansion of urban scale,the improvement of the level of labor division,and the acceleration of urban economic efficiency,the complexity and diversity of urban social and economic systems have gradually increased,and the probability of systemic risks in cities has also increased,and the task of risk prevention and control has become more and more arduous.Improving the level of urban resilience is imminent,and rationally evaluating the level of urban resilience becomes crucial.Taking 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019 as an example,an urban resilience evaluation index system was established from the four dimensions of economy,society,ecology and infrastructure,and the urban resilience level of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province was evaluated and analyzed using the entropy method-VIKOR method model,and the spatial difference analysis of urban resilience was carried out with ArcGIS 10.2.The results show that although the overall resilience level of cities in Anhui Province increases over time,the overall resilience level is not high,and the spatial differentiation is significant.Finally,some suggestions are made in light of the current requirements for urban resilience construction.
