长江中游城市群数字经济与生态效率耦合研究

Coupling of Digital Economy and Ecological Efficiency in Urban Agglomerations in Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

摘要 为充分了解数字经济快速发展的过程中是否对生态环境保护起促进作用,以长江中游城市群为研究目标,构建数字经济和生态效率评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法和超效率SBM模型对两者分别进行测度,并基于灰色关联模型,定量评判2011—2020年两系统各要素间的关联程度.在此基础上,利用耦合协调模型分析数字经济和生态效率评价体系间的协调发展水平.研究发现:长江中游城市群数字经济发展整体向好,生态效率浮动变化,两者都存在较大的地区差异性;生态效率和数字经济发展属于高等关联,互联网普及率对生态效率发展的驱动作用明显,数字创新对土地投入等具有较高的依赖性;2011—2020年间,数字经济和生态效率在发展的三阶段中逐渐形成良性互动格局,并表现出明显的区域差异. Whether digital economy can promote ecological environmental protection is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on urban agglomeration in middle reaches of the Yangtze River,this study applied the entropy TOPSIS method and super efficiency SBM model to measure digital economic and ecological efficiency respectively.By using grey correlation model,quantitative evaluation of the connection degree of elements of two systems during 2011-2020 was carried out.The coupling coordination model was used to analyze the coordination development level.The results showed that the digital economy of urban agglomeration in middle reaches of the Yangtze River developed well overall,while ecological efficiency fluctuated.There are large regional differences between them.Ecological efficiency and digital economy are highly correlated,and internet penetration and digital innovation are the key factors leading to the high correlation between the two systems.The development of digital economy and ecoefficiency was in three stages,and gradually formed a benign interaction pattern,showing obvious regional differences.
