Significance and Approaches of Chinese Water Culture:“Going-Out”under the Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”合作倡议为沿线国家打造宽领域、多层次、深层度的双多边合作机制。水利水电工程建设是众多项目中的重要一环,在推动企业“走出去”与当地民生工程建设过程中发挥巨大作用。具有丰富内涵和极大包容性的中华水文化可以发挥桥梁与纽带的作用,利用好双多边交流合作机制,以传播中华水文化的方式带动水利工程企业“走出去”。

Since the concept of a shared community for mankind was put forward,the Belt and Road initiative,as a significant practice,played a crucial role in building multidirectional and multilevel mechanisms for bilateral and multilateral cooperation in a wide range of areas for countries along the routes of BRI and all participating parties.Hydraulic and hydro-power engineering projects work as valuable resources in implementing the“Going-Out”strategy for Chinese companies and upgrading people’s wellbeing projects abroad.We need to admit the fact that our hydropower industry is approaching saturation point and those enterprises are facing unfavorable comments,particularly from foreigners,during the process of“Going-Out”.However,Chinese water culture,with its rich substance and great inclusiveness,is conducive to promoting Chinese water culture going globally,expanding international markets for Chinese companies,and contributing to building a shared community for mankind by making good use of bilateral and multilateral communication and cooperation mechanisms.
