信息管理与信息系统专业跨学科交叉融合机制研究

Research on the Cross Disciplinary Integration Mechanism of Information Management and Information Systems Specialty

大数据、人工智能等技术的迅速发展,催生了新一轮科技革命和产业变革,经济社会对高质量复合人才的需求日益增长。跨学科交叉融合是高等院校适应人才需求市场、促进学科发展的必然趋势,是实现颠覆性创新、解决社会问题的关键路径。信息管理与信息系统专业是典型的具有学科交叉融合特性的复合型专业,注重管理理论基础和技术应用实践的双重发展,但信管专业始终面临专业定位模糊、实践教学不充分等问题。文章着眼于“新文科”建设,在管理科学与工程的交叉融合发展的逻辑支撑下,立足信管专业的建设现状,梳理归纳信管专业学科融合的主要类型和先进实践模式,探究信管专业发展的长效机制。

The rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies has spawned a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and the demand for high-quality compound talents in the economy and society is increasing.Interdisciplinary cross-integration is an inevitable trend for colleges and universities to adapt to the talent demand market and promote the development of disciplines,and it is a key path to achieve disruptive innovation and solve social problems.The information management and information system major is a typical composite major with the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration,focusing on the dual development of management theory foundation and technology application practice,but the information management major always faces problems such as ambiguous professional positioning and insufficient practical teaching.This paper focuses on the construction of new liberal arts,under the logical support of the cross-integration and development of management science and engineering,based on the construction status of information management major,sorts out and summarizes the main types and advanced practice modes of information management professional discipline integration,and explores the long-term mechanism of information management professional development.
