从新时期到新时代,我们党对党的建设目标、主线和布局的认识由最初提出到丰富完善、再到形成体系化设计,经历了一个较长的历史过程。在理论上,它科学回答了马克思主义执政党究竟应建设“一个什么样的党”“怎样建设党”这一重大而严肃的问题;在实践上,它则为我们党在新时代不断加强自身建设、持续推进自我革命提供了根本遵循。

From the New Period to the New Era,our party's understanding of its building objectives,main lines and layout has undergone a relatively long evolving process,from proposition to enrichment and to finally form a systematic structure.In theory,it scientifically answered the major and serious issues of"building what kind of party"and"how to build the party"as a Marxist ruling party under the new historical conditions.In practice,it provides the fundamental basis for our party to continuously strengthen self-construction and continuously promote self-revolution in the new era.
