摘要
战车初级电站系统在运行期间,需实时监测其运行状态及各项功能参数,并实现一定的控制功能。现有的监测控制系统以单片机作为处理核心,片内资源紧张且稳定性较差。针对这一问题,采用国产JDSPF28335芯片作为处理器,设计一种基于DSP的初级电站运行状态监测控制系统,扩展外设接口、提高运算速度、增强稳定性。通过不同的采集电路将初级电站各类状态数据送入处理器中,同时使用Sigma-Kalman滤波等方法对输入的状态数据进行滤波、平滑处理。结果表明:该系统可进行12路模拟信号、32路开关信号的采集与处理,具有较强的抗干扰能力,实现初级电站实时、稳定的监测控制。
It is necessary for an operating combat vehicle primary power station system to monitor the operational status and various functional parameters thereof in real time and simultaneously implement specific control functions.Existing monitoring and control systems adopted microcontroller units as processing cores,which could not offer sufficient internal resources and the desired stability.In order to solve this problem,a DSP-based operational status monitoring and control system for primary power stations has been designed with the Chinese-made JDSPF28335 chip as the processor,which could expand peripheral ports,improve computing speed and enhance stability.Various kinds of status data of the primary power station were fed into the processor through different acquisition circuits.At the same time,some operations such as Sigma-Kalman filtering were used to filter and smooth out incoming status data.The results indicate that the system could collect and process 12 analog signals and 32 switch signals.This system has a strong anti-interference ability,capable of realizing real-time and stable monitoring and control of primary power stations.
