摘要
[目的]探究草珊瑚加工残余物对灵芝生长的影响。[方法]以黄灵芝、紫灵芝为对象,研究草珊瑚加工残余物与花生麸结合对菌丝生长、生物转化率及药用成分的影响。[结果]草珊瑚加工残余物直接用于原种、栽培种菌丝生长时,黄灵芝、紫灵芝的适宜浓度分别为15%~45%、15%~30%;发酵草珊瑚加工残余物培养菌丝时,黄灵芝、紫灵芝所需发酵时间分别为9~15 d、12~15 d,促进黄灵芝、紫灵芝子实体生长与药用成分提高的添加量分别为45%~60%、30%~45%;黄灵芝在含发酵草珊瑚加工残余物60%条件下,添加花生麸1.5%~2.0%可进一步提高生物转化率、药用成分含量;紫灵芝在含发酵草珊瑚加工残余物45%条件下,添加花生麸1.0%~1.5%可使生物转化率、药用成分含量进一步提高。[结论]可对草珊瑚加工残余物与花生麸在食用菌上的应用具有指导作用。
[Objective]The effects of the processing residues of Sarcandra glabra on the growth of Ganoderma lucidum were studied.[Method]It were studied that the effects of the combination of S.glabra processing residues and peanut bran on mycelial growth,biotransformation rate and quality in Ganoderma tenue and Ganoderma sinense.[Result]The optimum concentrations of G.tenue and G.sinense were 15%-45%and 15%-30%,respectively,when the processing residues were directly used for the mycelium growth of the original and cultivated varieties.The fermentation time of G.tenue and G.sinense was 9-15 days and 12-15 days,respectively.The amount of addition to promote the growth of fruitum body and the increase of medicinal ingredients of G.tenue and G.sinense were 45%-60%and 30%-45%,respectively.Under the condition of 60%fermented S.glabra processing residue,adding peanut bran 1.5%-2.0%could further improve the biological conversion rate and medicinal ingredient content.Under the condition of 45%fermented S.glabra processing residue,adding peanut bran of 1.0%-1.5%can further improve the biological conversion rate and medicinal ingredient content.[Conclusion]It can provide guidance for the application of S.glabra processing residues and peanut bran in edible fungi.
