沈阳市设施蔬菜发展现状、存在问题和发展对策

Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Facility Vegetables in Shenyang

沈阳市是辽宁省设施蔬菜生产大市,设施蔬菜在满足多元化、多层次消费需求的同时,对于提高沈阳农民富裕程度、带动乡村产业兴旺、促进生产要素合理配置、加快农业转型升级步伐具有十分重要的意义。但是随着国家对耕地用途管控越来越严格,出现了耕地规模受限、科技含量不高、发展后劲不足等问题。该文通过多年的调查研究分析了沈阳市设施蔬菜的现状,针对产业发展存在的问题,分别在市场导向、多元融资、生产能力、品牌战略、要素支撑方面提出了相应的对策。

Shenyang city is a major city for the production of facility vegetables in Liaoning province.Facility vegetables should meet diversified and multi-level consumer demand.Facility vegetables are of great significance for improving the wealth of farmers in Shenyang,driving the prosperity of rural industries,promoting the rational allocation of production factors,and accelerating the pace of agricultural transformation and upgrading.However,with the increasingly strict control of the use of cultivated land by the state,there have been problems such as limited scale of cultivated land,low scientific and technological content,and insufficient development potential.Through years of investigation and research,this paper analyzed the current situation of facility vegetables in Shenyang city,and proposed corresponding countermeasures in terms of market orientation,diversified financing,production capacity,brand strategy,and factor support for the existing problems in industrial development.
