摘要
[目的]筛选出安全高效杀菌剂防治谷子白发病。[方法]采用卵孢子接菌法,测定4种药剂拌种后谷子品种晋谷21号的白发病发病率,并进行田间药效评价试验。[结果]在试验剂量下,4种药剂处理谷子均能安全出苗,金阿普隆(35%精甲霜灵)与6.6%精甲霜灵+1.1%咯菌腈+3.3%嘧菌酯对谷子白发病有较好的防治效果,防效分别为94.47%、89.04%,15%三唑酮与35%甲霜灵的防效较差,田间防效分别为42.45%、47.46%。[结论]金阿普隆(35%精甲霜灵)与6.6%精甲霜灵+1.1%咯菌腈+3.3%嘧菌酯拌种处理对谷子出苗安全,对白发病防治效果较好,可作为防治谷子白发病的推荐药剂应用于生产。
[Objective]The aim was to screen out safe and efficient fungicides to control downy mildew of millet.[Method]Oospore inoculation method was used to determine the incidence rate of downy mildew of millet variety Jingu 21 after seed dressing with four kinds of pesticides,and the field efficacy evaluation test was carried out.[Result]At the test dose,all the four fungicides could safely emerge.35%metalaxyl-M and 6.6%metalaxyl-M+1.1%fludioxonil+3.3%azoxystrobin had good control effects on the incidence of millet downy mildew,and the control effects were 94.47%and 89.04%,respectively.The control effects of 15%triadimefon and 35%metalaxyl were poor,and the field control effects were 42.45%and 47.46%,respectively.[Conclusion]The seed dressing treatments of 35%metalaxyl-M and 6.6%metalaxyl-M+1.1%fludioxonil+3.3%azoxystrobin were safe for the emergence of millet seedling,and had a good control effect on millet downy mildew,which could be used as recommended agents for the prevention and control of downy mildew in millet production.
