Intracranial aneurysm is a common intracranial vascular disease, which is more common in older people. The rupture of aneurysm has a high mortality and morbidity rate.Endovascular treatment has become the most common therapy means of aneurysms. However, aneurysm recurrence may occur after treatment, and even recurrent aneurysms may rupture and bleed, which is a critical issue. The use of artificial intelligence to construct a prediction model for aneurysm recurrence probability is a relatively frontier research field at present. This article reviews the research progress of risk factors and prediction models related to recurrence after endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
